Machine wash on a warm setting, hang to dry. Front loading washers use the delicate cycle in a mesh bag if possible. 

Certain Sizes are interchangeable;

Ladies Medium (LM)  = Men's Small (MS) 

Ladies Large (LL) = Men's Medium (MM) 

Ladies Extra Large (LXL) = Men's Large (ML) 

Ladies sizes;

LS = Ladies Small = 5-6

LM = Ladies Medium = 7-9

LL = Ladies Large = 10-12

Ladies Extra Large = LXL = 12 +

Men's sizes;

MS = Men's Small = 6-7

MM = Men's Medium = 8-10

ML = Men's Large = 11-12

MXL = Men's Extra Large = 13-14
