Refund policy

 

To Exchange items, the customer is responsible for contacting us within one week (7 days) of receiving the merchandise, by e-mail, to make arrangements with us, for a return. Only footwear is exchangeable and must be in perfect, unworn/unused condition, in the original box, with the tags still attached to the product. Items which we decide are not in brand new condition will not be accepted for exchange. Footwear returned by mail must be insured and a tracking number issued, and will be at the cost of the customer. Refunds, returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking/administration fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
